Hello, Guten Tag,
I have recently opted for a vodafone cable internet contract. My connection and router is setup correctly and I have internet at home. I requested my Aktivierungscode by post more than 1 week ago but have not received it yet.
Instead I got an email from vodafone saying "Post nicht zustellbar". This is confusing since my address is correct in vodafone contract and I have received my Vodafone kabel internet "Rechnung fur August 2020" yesterday by post.
Can you please kindly try to send the "Aktivierungscode" again via post or email? Please let me know in case my help is required.

Did you receive the order confirmation with your contract details? This includes the activation code for the customer portal.
If not, please send me a private message with the following information:
your name
your address
date of birth
your customer number
the link of this thread
Please reply here when you have sent the private message.

I did not receive any order confirmation other than the router itself. I have sent you a private message with the details you requested.

I'll send you an new activation code to your address. You should receive it in a few days.
A quick question: have you already received any contract documents from us? If not, I'll send you a copy as well.
