Hello everyone,
I couldn't find any other support in English and my German is not so great at the moment so I wanted to open a thread about my problem since I saw the community here is very helpful.
Around 1 month ago I moved to a new place and took 1gbit cable connection from Vodafone. (I'm located in Köln so I guess it was Unity media in the past) I got Vodafone Station with the contract and I waited around 2 weeks for a technican to come and connect my internet. (All he did was to change the socket which I could also do if I got the part with DHL)
My first question: Is it possible to change my agreement start date with the day of technican came?
Some background: I paid almost 2 extra weeks for waiting for technician. (I made an appointment. I was waiting for them and they called me at 16.00 and told me that they can't come. They came 7 days later)
When I started using my internet I realised I'm getting random resets on my modem. Whether when I watch something or going through some online calls, my internet stops working, few seconds later my modem slowly restarts. Around 5 mins later, it comes back and everything working again. It happens around 3-4 times a day.
I also noticed that my modem restarts when I turn my computer on and connect to wifi. After the first restart computer connects without problems and modem doesn't restart for a while.
My second question: How can I solve this restarting issue? I read that Vodafone sometimes sends a replacement modem since it's likely a problem with the modem. Is there a way to do it?
Attached I'm sending logs from my modem. I marked the moment my modem restarts. As seen, it's going offline for few mins after a device connects to WLAN.
Anyone has any experience with it?

Hello,
You still have the same contractual and contact persons for your questions and orders. Questions from Vodafone customers will continue to be answered by Vodafone Customer Service and questions from Unitymedia customers will continue to be answered by Unitymedia Customer Service.
The contact persons for business customers will not change either.
