After a contract cancellation, Vodafone is discounting more than the usual from my account.

Hi,

I canceled my Vodafone Cable contract at April 25 and I received a document which the contract will be canceled in 3 months (25 of July). However, the amount that has been discounted from my account in the first 2 months after the cancelation is more than the usual. I gave back the modem to Vodafone and there is no reason to discount more than the regular price for these 3 last months of the contract.

Could please someone from Vodafone check the reason that Vodafone is discounting more than the usual?

Have you checked your invoices? You should be still able to download them from the customer portal...

 

And please be advised that any kind of combinatinatory deduction (GigaKombi) is not applied any more then.

Hi FelipeGutierrez,

 

the reason for the price increase is that the promotional price for the first contract year has now expired.

 

You then pay the regular price for your tariff until the end of the contract.
