Hi,
Wrong processing status is updated for my account. my connection was not activated due to some technical issue on initial fixed date, even I have got sms for the same and have been asked to take new appointment. But now in my vodafone account status is appearing as activated and I am not able to take new appointment. my coonection is still not activated even after 10 days. When I am calling helpline they speak only German and not able to understand my issue. Someone pls help me.

Hi Shailesh,
you were asked to make a new technician-appointment asap.
We could not reach you via mobile, so please call the customer service back and ask for an english speaking operator.
