Regarding my cancellation I have received this attached letter from Vodafone. As far as I understand I am offered something related to transfer of my landline number. However I do not use a landline. I would like to ask what I should do to complete cancellation of my contract. In addition I would like to make sure my internet is not cancelled before 25.1.2017 since this is the date another provider comes to start new connection. Thank you for your help.
you don't have to transfer your number to a new provider. Just answer, that you want to cancel the contract until 25.01.2017. You have 2 weeks for your answer.
