Dear Sir or Madam,
Last Thursday a few guys visited my apartment and they told me that I have to sign a contract with Vodafone
because the internet cable for the entire apartment will be changed and
residents have to sign the contract.
So I signed a contract even though I've already had a DSL contract with another provider.
They didn't explain details of the contract at that time,
but it turned out it was a new DSL contract with Vodafone.
However, when I asked my landlord, she was sure that the cable of the apartment will NOT be changed.
Does it mean I signed a contract that I do not need at all? I'm totally upset now.
Then I got an SMS from Vodafone last weekend, telling that a router was being sent to my place.
But it didn't reach my place yet for some reason (I don't know the detail but the tracking service says so).
I'm new to Germany so I cannot speak German yet, and I still do not have any information about my order.
So I am not sure how to cancel the order.
However, I would like to cancel it as soon as possible, within 14 days from the contract, for sure.
I would really appreciate if you solve this problem.

Hello Tina,
before closing the thread, I received an SMS from Vodafone again today.
I sent you a screenshot in a private message, so could you look at that?
The SMS says my connection will be activated soon...
can I just ignore it?

you can ignore the message. The contract will be terminated and you will receive a confirmation.
