New Contract - how to start



I had registered for a new contract in September . ARC***

The previous contract in the apartament has ended today. I have no information about technician appointment or hardware device. I have been contacting customer care and community several times(since i work from home heavily dependent on internet service) and was told that it can start only after current contract ends. Current contract is over, but I have no information about next steps. Please help
