Hello,
I have moved from my old apartment to a new one. I asked for the transfer of contract and I have received an appointment for the technician for 23rd October. I shifted on the 25th of September and have paid the monthly fee for the old contract for the month of October (for the old apartment). I have been using mobile hotspot, but its quite difficult to make do as I have a lot of research work and online tutorials to watch. Both my friend and I are Vodafone mobile network users as well. Can you please do something in this regard as its been 15 days without a proper DSL network.
