Hi, i do not speak German, so try to find some help.
after moving house the new line is very poor, 4Mb download and 1 Mb upload.
router is the same provided by Vodafone
my contract is 16 Mb.
can someone from customer service contact me? Reaching someone on the service number is quite impossible. Thanks

welcome to the Vodafone Community!
The downsteam bandwidth should be between 6,1 and 16 Mbit/s.
If it's lower please do at least 3 speedchecks here: http://www.speedcheck.vodafone.de
Please always use a LAN cable, do not use VPN extension cables or powerline-adapters.
After that you can send a private message to me.
I need your name, customer number your mobile phone number and the Speedtest-IDs.
