Inquiry about the termination

I sent an online application for terminate the contract by 19th of August, because I will leave Germany on that date. But my contract data was updated and shows the end of contract is 17th of November.

I inquired about this problem via email, but I got the email that I should ask here.

Since I will leave Germany on 19th August, I would like to terminate my contract before I leave.

did you just send a notice or write that you are moving abroad and give your new address? If the former is the case, it is normal that an early termination was not processed.

I will come back to my country and already bought the flight ticket.

the same way you sent the resignation, you also have to send everything else information. Don't forget to include the moving date.

I reported my termination online website.

I also reported that I move to abroad but I couldn't find the place to upload or send my information there.

Now, it doesn't allow me to modify or cancel the termination.

Hello YohanLee_0,

even if you leave Germany the contract won’t end with the date of your move. Due to German law the contract will end three months after the leaving date. If the regular contract ends earlier, then ends on this date.
