WD my Cloud mirror port forward with UPnP on Vodafone Station

Dear Vodafone community,


I am trying to setup my WD my Cloud to have access from the internet.

I have a Vodafone Station with UPnP activated. I set up port forward on my WD My Cloud for http (port 80) and https (port 443). A few weeks ago I was able to access my Cloud from outside from WD2GO.com, but now I am not able anymore. I also checked that the ports are not open. 

In the forum I read that this could be related to ipv6 or that UPnP does not really help in opening the ports on the router. I am still puzzled though why it was working a few weeks back and not now. 

Could you please help me understand the issue and how to resolve it? 

I think UPnP should work with the Vodafone Station and should allow WD to set up port forward.

did you change your contract in the last weeks?

Maybe it has something to do with your connection type.

I think your connect type is currently ds light. You need a dualstack. You need requierements for dualstack and i can not look in your customer account if you got the requirements. Please contact us and we will have a look at your customer account.

Could you please let me know how to contact you for looking at my account and change to dual stack?
Is it possible for non-business customers?

To your other question, no there was no recent change in my contract.

It is possible for non-business customers, but you need either the comfort option or the powerupload.
