Hi,
I got a cabel-router device and installed it as described in video - all the same.
Then I connected my laptop to the router to enter activation number but I can't open vodafon site to do this - it only tells me that there is no internet connection.
I tried to enter activation code from another device (not from home internet) I thought it will help, but it didn't. So now I have no internet and don't know what to do. I tried to call support but this didn't help.
Can you advice something?

Hello Bezveinn,
please tell me if (at least) one of the lights on the router is glowing or flashing. Also, please send me the MAC address of your cable router, your customer number and your full address, so I can have a look at that. Send the data in a private message
and leave a short reply here afterwards.

Thank you for your responce!
We already arranged a visit of a technical person and he defined that there are some cabel problem in our house. So he told us that Vodafon needs to get permissions from landlord (or some organisation that owns the building) to hold the cabel to the house. This was last week and currently there are no news, so it would be great if you could give me some acctual infoamtion becouse its senselessly to call support where after 10 minutes of IVR none operator speaks English (((

I deleted your data, as this thread here is open to read for everyone. I checked the installation task, the last entry says the installation might be done by using a chimney. As this entry is almost one week old I contacted the installation company to find out what the next steps will be. I will reply here when I get a reaction from them.
