Good day,
sorry for writing to you in English, but my limited German wouldn't let me provide a clear picture of what is happening.
I've just moved to a different neighborhood and decided to stay with Vodafone as it has been a good provider so far.
I've been offered to keep the cable connection like in the previous flat, but I got a message telling me that it was not available in the new flat so I've been asked to pick a 100 Mb DSL connection, which I did. The installation was scheduled for the 12th of December.
Anyway I got a second message informing me that even the 100 Mb connection was unavailable and I have been offered a downgrade to a 50 Mb connection (with the same price though), which I also accepted via fax.
I also got in touch with a customer service representative to have a confirmation that you got the confirmation (yes) and also to confirm the apointment for the 12 of December.
I've been told that the request was canceled and the appointment to be rescheduled.
I've been told that I would have received a written communication within 3 days.
Anyway, so far, I am still waiting for the device to be delivered to my new apartment and the technician to come to check the line.
Every time that I try to access the "check my installation status" page I get a "500 server internal error" so I really need an advice from you.
Could you please help me?

Hi Maurizio1,
if the technical review of the Telekom has revealed that the desired bandwidth is not possible, we order the next lowest bandwidth at your request.
The Telekom checks our order again and sends us the confirmed appointment. This takes 2 to 4 workdays.
I assume that the appointment will be at the beginning of next year.

I need your name, order number (ARC...) and customer password.
