Hello Team,
My Kunden number is ***.
This is my second message here.I did not receive any reply on lost mail.
I am really frustrated with the kind of behavior.
I have been facing problems with Vodafone Easy box and internet was frequestly disconnected.I lost many office meetings and my kids lost many classes due to this.We have called customer care many times and they sent Technician and did not solve many time.
In Feb-2021,i called to customer care,they have arranged Red Vodafone simcard as stand by and they said it is free of cost.
Later they sent technician and he changed the Easy box and to check whether it is issue with Box or connection.
In my invoice received in April for the month of March,Vodafone charged me 130 Euros for Simcard and technician.
Why I have been charged?.They did not inform that tghese services are charged and i did not request for mthis service.
Please revert these additonal charges and give back my money
