Hello,
I just want to raise this issue here, because the the agent is not responding to my private message. Please help.
I had DSL contract from 2017 until Dec 2019 when I've canceled it. A week ago I have received a 300 euro bill for not returning the TV-Center. The problem is that I have never received any TV-center and never user the TV-cable. I've got the contract where TV was included apparently, but I was only using the internet with EasyBox modem.
I have a guess why this might've happened but I don't know if it's true or not. The first package with equipment that I was supposed to receive in 2017 was delivered to the wrong address or smth and i couldn't find it. According to your agent private message it was successfully returned back. Then I received the second package, but that one only contained the EasyBox modem. End of the story. I never paid attention to the contract details. When I've realised that it was actually 45 euros in the second year instead of 30 in the first year I decided to cancel it. Please help me out here because this whole situation looks almost like scam. I am still a mobile network customer and spend a lot of money with Vodafone. I do not deserve this kind of service. I called 4 different support number today and the best advice I could get was to send a post letter to Vodafone postbox in Ratingen. They couldn't even find my contract details any more. I don't know what tosay but this situation recuires some attention. You can't just charge a person with almost a yearly bill for no reason and then not provide any support for that.
