Monthly charge of an insurance of for a cellphone that was stolen

I am sending you this message because I believe that my situation deserves to be heard.

I finished all my contracts with Vodafone Deutschland in April this year, still I have been charged for the insurance of a cellphone and a tablet that were bought under contract in 2016, and which contract is now finished. Plus the cellphone to which I am being charged an insurance was stolen last year.
Now I would like to know how we should proceed, as the cellphone was stolen and you are still charging me for its insurance, should I be reimbursed? Should I receive a replacement cellphone? Should this insurance stop being billed to me?
Plus I would like to know how can I finish/terminate this insurance contract, as I was never informed that it was a separated contract from the one from the cellphone.

Also, I stopped your direct debits because I believed it was a mistake from your party and up until now I don't know if it is a mistake or why am I being charged with such a value, I actively would like to understand the billing that it's being done.

I will be waiting for your response.

I will attach the first bill here.
I will send 4 replies, as the bill is composed for 4 pages.

Shortly I will also like to inform you that I already talked with some of your colleagues which informed me that after I finished my contract that my numbers were transfered to the CallYa tarif. I have been collecting information and I got the following statements from Vodafone: "Die Versicherung endet, … wenn Sie das Gerät verlieren. Melden Sie den Verlust bitte im Fundbüro und schicken Sie uns eine Kopie der Meldung … mit Ende Ihres Smartphone- oder Tablet-Vertrages." and "Die Vodafone Smartphone- und Tablet-Versicherung gilt nicht für CallYa, USB- oder Surf-Sticks, Net- oder Notebooks und wenn Sie einen Neuvertrag ohne Gerät anschließen." (information from https://www.vodafone.de/infofaxe/532.pdf page 4/11).
With this being said, and if you look into what I am being billed (in the description of which value billed) it says that for each of my numbers, mobile phone and tablet, that I am being billed for the respective Insurance or in German Versicherung, which goes against the statement "Die Vodafone Smartphone- und Tablet-Versicherung gilt nicht für CallYa...", therefore I believe that it is a mistake and that I should not being billed for these values.
To solve this situation I can send you all the bills in a private message, because I have been trying to solve this situation via phone, and nothing has been solved so far.
