I had a mobilcom-debital contract previously completed in May 2019.
In March 2019, I requested a takeover to my Vodafone number. (I already had a contract with vodafone from November 2018)
The status says they are working on the takeover.
In the meantime, my previous contract with mobilcom has run out and that number is now invalid.
I need to update my mobile number in different locations and for a number of applications including and for contacts from child's daycare etc. I do not understand if you want to take the number or not and so by when.
If I change my number now and then the takeover is completed, then I have to change my number again. In that case, it is easier if I cancel the takeover.
I am an expat and I do not understand or speak German very well. I've tried to contact them on the portal, but I'm unable to understand
Can you please help?
I need the status of takeover. If it is not done yet, I would like to cancel the takleover. What should I do for this?
