[GigaTV] Unable to login after Apple TV Reset

Hello,

Due to Software Issues, I have had completely reset my Apple TV (Vodafone GigaTV provided), and later I am unable to login to GigaTV with my provided Username/Password. Can you please help?

Hi Jinay,

Did the Internet and GigaTV contract run together under one customer number? If not, you have different login data for the GigaTV contract.
