No response to Moving Serivce request

Dear Vodfone,

i requested for moving service online (using  https://kabel.vodafone.de/meinkabel ) more than two weeks ago. But I did not get any response or feedback. I will be moving this month end (04/30/2021) and i need an immediate response. Could you please help on priority

please report the move to the relocation service. You cannot change the address in the customer portal and we cannot accept the move here.

I did riase a request with relocation-serivce only. Thai is what i meant. But i did not recieved any response yet.

I did not except  such a poor service from Vodfone.  regerttin using it..

Dear Thomas,

 

Thank you so much for processing my request. 

I recieved  termination of my contract with three month notice(Which appear perfectly fine).  My contract  will end on  1st August  20201. 

 

But then , my internet connection is immediatly  disabled . I assume,  becuase  a new tenenant  move to my appartment and now his vodfone contract is active.

 

i just want to understand, if my service is fully deactivated  already , why i am being charged for next three month.

If you could  possibly help me with that .  It feels like for one serivce , two peoples are parallely charged.
