I ordered a Fritzbox (wifi extender) from the Vodafone store. Not only can I find no confirmation about the order (anywhere in my account? or email?) but now I prefer to cancel as it is taking too long.

Which state do you come from? Do you have a cable or DSL contract? The repeater is an offer on our homepage that you can order and use with your DSL box.

Hi Ramona, it's a DSL contract.

 

Yes I have seen the offer and I thought I had ordered it, but never received a confirmation or any follow up email. 

 

Should I assume that the order was never processed? Is there a way for you to check?

If you ordered it at a local store, it would be best to re-visit the store to settle this.

 

As for retrieving your order, we cannot do this as many stores have an order management of their own.
