Vodafone station - no lights on "power" but still has power

Current Vodafone station - wifi certified 6 has been going in and out, 8/9 times a day for the past two weeks. I've done multiple factory resets with no resolution. There is no "power light" but there is power as there are lights to the "wifi" and "phone".
