Vodafone Hotspot - No Internet

Hey,

I have purchased wlan-hotspot-flat. There is at least one vodafone hotspot modem in the building that I live in. The problem is when i connect the modem which has a strong signal, it says that there is no internet access most of the time. May you help me?

What exactly did you buy? You can find instructions for our WLAN hotspot flat rate here. Or is it a Hotspot ticket?

Hey,

I have bought WLAN-Hotspot-Flat von Vodafone. Most of the time, I cannot connect to Internet via Vodafone Hotspot which is in my building.

That is very strange. You have to register for the WLAN Hotspot Flat. You can find the link here. Do you have your own customer number with us?

Yes, my customer number is ****. Note that, sometimes I can access the internet via hotspot. But, there is two scenario for most of the case:

1. I can not access Internet.

2. The download speed is under 5mbit.
