Hi ,

i bought a monthly hotspot ticket for 29,99 euro and after that i could not find the wlan and when sometimes i get the wlan it's really slow so that i cannot even get connected, this ticket is not working.

is there a solution for this? can i at least get my money back cause this makes me feel scammed 😫
