Monthly hotspot ticket error

I am in Germany for work.I bought a 1 month hotspot ticket on 29.05.2023.I cannot connect as of 02.06.2023.I request a refund or a solution to the problem.

I do not know German and English, I will be glad if you contact me in Turkish for communication.
