Hallo, ich habe eine Monatskarte für WiFi Homespot gekauft.

Meine Adresse ist Stephanstraße ***, Berlin, 10559.
Ich kann nicht auf das Internet zugreifen, selbst nachdem ich das Ticket erfolgreich gekauft und mich mit dem richtigen WLAN verbunden habe.

Leider konnte ich die Rechnung nicht an mein E-Mail-Konto senden, da ich sofort die Internetverbindung verlor.
Ich habe einen Screenshot der von mir getätigten Zahlung beigefügt.

ging es dann nur an diesem einen Hotspot nicht oder an einem anderen ebenfalls nicht?

I don't see multiple hotspot/homespot options when connecting from my laptop. I only see one (attaching screenshot)

Last time I bought a ticket for 1 week and it had worked fine.

This time I bought the ticket for 1 month and it doesn't work at all.

Please please help me resolve this issue,

I am really struggling to get a good internet connection.

Hello manav_dahra,

can you not connect or can you connect and the connection is not good? Can you tell us the hotspot id of the spot?
