    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I purchased a one-month voucher from hotspotshop.vodafone.de but I am unable to use the service. Below are the steps I have gone through:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I purchased a one-month voucher from hotspotshop.vodafone.de yesterday&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I connected to a public Vodafone Hotspot Wi-Fi point&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;After approximately 8 hours of troubleshooting, I was able to redeem the voucher&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;The system mapped the voucher to the MAC address that was used at that time&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Today, I was unable to connect to the internet, as I discovered that my MacBook rotates MAC addresses automatically when connecting to Wi-Fi&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I disabled MAC address rotation and manually assigned the MAC address that is registered on my invoice, but I am still unable to access the internet&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Despite my efforts, I am still unable to use the service I have paid for. I would kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue or, if a solution is not possible, a full refund.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I can provide my purchase details and invoice upon request.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
