Hallo…

ich habe eine Hotspot Ticket gekauft und ich konnte sehr gut einloggen aber danach hat mich erneuert gefragt das ich mich einlogge ich drücke drauf aber es bring mich auf die Startseite wo ich was aussuchen kann…

Ich habe auf Ticket gedrückt und obwohl ich eine Aktive habe und bin eingelogt verbindent sich nicht mit dem Hotspot als zuvor und möchte das ich eine neues kaufe..

Was kann ich da tun das es funktioniert?

Ich bräuchte driegend Hilfe es wäre schön.

Hey @Ruv,

Hattest Du mal versucht den Browser Cache zu leeren?

Ansonsten versuch mal das hier:

Auf deinem Gerät die WLAN‑Einstellungen öffnen.

Netzwerk Vodafone Hotspot entfernen bzw. vergessen

Dann neu verbinden.

Der Browser sollte sich automatisch öffnen. Da den Login dann wiederholen

ich habe einen Vodafone Hotspot Voucher für 1 Woche gekauft.
Leider konnte ich ihn nur einen Tag benutzen.

Wenn ich mich jetzt wieder anmelden möchte, erscheint die Meldung:
The voucher code you entered has already been redeeme

Ich habe mich ausgeloggt und erneut versucht mich anzumelden, aber es funktioniert nicht.

I have the exact same issue and was in a call with someone but they have are clueless about it ! It has been a month and no answer on your note ??? I will post this else where to make it viral. Someone needs to answer!

Hello,

I am writing this reply after connecting and logging in to my account under https://hotspotshop.vodafone.de/default.aspx
But the result is the same and i still have no internet connection. Tried a pc , a laptop and also apple device but nothing and my voucher is as good as useless now 😕 any other solutions?
