      <title>Waiting for technicians or a device for more than 6 months without any response</title>

      <description>To whom it may concern,&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;I am a customer in Frankfurt am Main. I have signed the contract for 6 months. So far, no one has contacted me and no&amp;nbsp;delivery&amp;nbsp;for the internet device has been attempted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I asked my friends to call custom service, but after several calls with different explanations from the custom service, I still got no information on how to get technicians or wifi device. It seems that the only&amp;nbsp;solution is to call more people and wait even longer if there is still a possibility for someone from Unitymedia to help me. However, I doubt this possibility after 6 months,&amp;nbsp;which is half a year !&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; I am very frustrated now and cannot find a way to get my internet installed or cancel the contract.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Is there a&amp;nbsp;way that I can solve this? &amp;nbsp;I want to sign a new contract from O2 and they need my current household&amp;nbsp;phone number, but I can't get my current contract installed. This looks like a dead end to me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Could anyone&amp;nbsp;help me with this? many thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Xiangbin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
