Is there a way I can talk to anyone at Customer Center in English language?

I tried all possible ways to clarify few items around the online payment, but still haven't found any information on ways to talk or chat in english with customer care.

Reaching to the community as a last option. Can someone please guide or help on this? :disappointed:

If you have an Facebook or Twitter Account you could take this road.

In Facebook take this Link https://www.facebook.com/vodafoneDEservice

and click on "message or Nachricht" top right.

You have to start with Customer No., Name, Birthday.

Please give theme a few days for answer.
