Hi. By accident and because of not knowing Deutsch I accepted the the vodafone tv buying! I went to Vodafone branch and they told me waiting for the package and then send it back. Now I have the package, how I can send it back and cancel everything?

Hey Zuruck,

normally there is no right of withdrawal when concluding a contract in the Vodafone shop.

For clarification, please contact the shop where you signed the TV contract.
