i cant belive i get the slowest internet on the planet my ping gets to 8000 even more

sometime the download is ok and i only use ethernet cable from router direct to my laptop 2 meters long

the upload is suposted to be 20 but i only get 5% of what is suposted to be

is this a scam ?do people pay for this internet with constant lag ?

i m new here btw

i have never belive in germany 2026 the internet is that bad in a regular city

is shocking

if something dont change in the next week i will cancel the contract

is it legal to sell as a company such service ?

wende dich an den

Hier gelangst du zuerst an TOBi. Nach den allgemeinen Abfragen, bitte ihn, dich an einen Mitarbeiter weiterzuleiten. Hier etwas hartnäckig und mehrfach die Bitte äußern. Nicht das Angebot eines Rückrufs annehmen, sondern um Weiterleitung bitten.

Er gibt dann nach und leitet dich an einen Mitarbeiter weiter. Das kann je nach Auftragsstand auch mal wenige Stunden bis einige Tage dauern, hier in Geduld üben.

Wenn Du kein WhatsApp hast, kannst Du auch eine SMS schicken: 0172 4401212.

Wenn du dann einen Mitarbeiter im Chat hast, erkläre diesem nochmals den Anliegen.
