I’m a gamer, and on the daily basis, the internet is almost always too unstable for me to have a normal gaming experience due to constant lagging, ping spikes, packet loss and disconnection especially before 23:00. I could almost only play in peace after 23:00 or midnight where the internet is more stable, but gaming at this time really impacts my sleep schedule badly, which in turn also affects my overall health and work to the point where I can’t overlook it anymore.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In addition to the daily instability, for the last few months I’ve had total internet disconnections regularly (where the internet-LED on the router turns red). I was often able to go back online after restarting the router, but it’s still frustrating, though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I’ve complained about this issue to customer support a couple of times, and recently they sent me a new router because my old one was already 5-6 years old (they look the same, so I assume they’re the same model). &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I installed the new router, but the problem persisted. Especially for the past week, I’ve got disconnected from the internet almost every single day: Router LED turns red, I lose connection, I restart the router, wait 2-5 mins and go back online (if I’m lucky).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My question is: Is there anything I or Vodafone could do to solve these issues, or is unstable internet and regular disconnection something to be expected with Vodafone’s standard of service for my subscription or any subscription?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
