      <title>Internet extremely slow – dropped from 350+ Mbps to 38 Mbps since 3 weeks</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;For the past 3 weeks I have been experiencing major issues with my internet speed. I am a Vodafone Kabel Deutschland customer with the following contract:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Customer Number:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;732xxxxxx&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Contract Number:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;773xxxxxx&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Product: Red Internet &amp;amp; Phone 1000 Cable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Up until recently, I was consistently getting around 350+ Mbps download.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Since about 3 weeks ago, however, my speed has dropped dramatically to just ~38-60 Mbps download&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="IMG_4361.png" style="width: 1284px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/164427i96A363326EBDBBEC/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="IMG_4361.png" alt="IMG_4361.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The problem persists regardless of:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Time of day (tested mornings, afternoons, evenings)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Connection type (LAN or Wi-Fi, same issue)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Device (PC, laptop, smartphone)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Router/modem restarts (done multiple times)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Upload speed is also worse.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Streaming stutters, online meetings drop, and working from home has become nearly impossible.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I kindly request:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;A thorough check of my line and, if necessary, a technical repair/dispatch. A new connection was installed as i recently moved my connection to new address.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Information whether there is a known outage in the Kaiserslautern area&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the issue persists and not resolved i will have no choice but to cancel it. Thank you in advance for your quick assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
