Despite rebooting the router and even replacing the device, the issue remains unresolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In light of these ongoing problems, I kindly request compensation for the affected months and wish to terminate my contract with Vodafone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For your reference, please find below an example of an event log message related to the disruptions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;LI-SPOILER&gt;REASON-CODE-DESCR=DISASSOC_STA_HAS_LEFT; REASON-CODE=8; ConnectionState=disconnected; Channel=2412MHz; Radio=2.4G&lt;/LI-SPOILER&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your prompt response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
