    <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;My Vodafone cable internet connection has stopped working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’ve already tried the following steps to fix the issue:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unplugged the cable from the wall;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Powered off the router for 3 minutes;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Performed a reset using the button on the back of the router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;Unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem.&amp;nbsp;The router is still showing a blinking red light. I called the hotline and was transferred to technical support, but I wasn’t able to get help due to my limited German skills&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;I’d really appreciate it if someone could assist me in English.
