My DSL internet was not working since last 4 days. Even after restarting the router I could find Internet lights are changing to white. But still the internet was not working either via Ethernet or Wifi. Would you please help on this.

Hi,

Its Vodafone Cable router.. The LED lights in the router showing up no blinking in the LED lights of internet and Phone.

Even I couldn't able to access router setup website http://192.168.0.1 using WLAN.

probiere mal einen Werksreset

dazu Reset mit einer Büroklmmer für 20 Sekunden gedrückt halten

Yes I tried reset as well.. The problem was Even I couldnt able to access router setup website http://192.168.0.1 using WLAN. May I know the reason please?

Yes, I tried to access after connecting WLAN cable with my computer.

Can please some one pleas help to resolve this issue. I can find that Internet LED are on (not blinking) but Wifi LED or off.

At the same time, I couldn't able to access the internet using Ethernet. Looks like router having issue?

Hi,

I still facing Router issue. As I tried all the ways by reseting the router factory reset. Nothing changed in the connection. Looks like the router was not working properly.

I can find Internet LED light was on. But Wifi LED was blinking cont. Even I couldnt access the internet through direct WLAN 😞

I try to contact Vodafone customer support multiple times. Nothing changed till now. I am fed up with this customer support and no idea how can I resolve this issue?
