      <title>English support needed: LED flashes red, No Internet</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're starting to get lost. For the past few weeks, our internet connection (&lt;SPAN&gt;Technicolor CGA6444VF device) hasn't been working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've already tried restarting the router and resetting to factory settings multiple times to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After issuing a ticket a week ago I have been shipped a new router without further communication from Vodafone (Commscope TG6442VF), however the problem remains the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's no problem at my address. Can anyone help, or has anyone experienced something like this before? I would greatly appreciate your support&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cherry on the cake, I have a broken german, therefore the hotline is of no help, and I have also tried reaching out to WhatsApp to no avail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help, or has anyone experienced something like this before? I would greatly appreciate your support!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
