    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, my internet connection (CableMax 100) is down since 18 february, that is 7 days now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I opened a ticket (n.&lt;SPAN&gt;003-0112759/25) immediately. At some point in the following days it said 2 days left, then 12 hours, &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;then the deadline passed and nothing happened (see picture of the ticket page attached).&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I was not able to reach any Vodafone human to have any information, and have not seen any technical intervention in the&amp;nbsp;building.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be appreciated as my wife and both work from home part of the time.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would incidentally expect to be entitled to compensation, and/or to rescind the contract.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Vincenzo&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Screenshot 2025-02-25 at 10.22.56.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forum.vodafone.de/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/161941i911E3B3725AA7C19/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="Screenshot 2025-02-25 at 10.22.56.png" alt="Screenshot 2025-02-25 at 10.22.56.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
