Issue with .by domain connection - SSL connection timeout

Ich habe vor Kurzem meinen Router auf FRITZ!Box 6690 umgestellt und hatte plötzlich Probleme beim Zugriff auf Ressourcen in der .by-Domäne. Ich habe alle Modemeinstellungen überprüft und keine Einschränkungen beim Zugriff auf Sites in dieser Domäne gefunden.
Ich habe versucht, Google DNS 8888 und 8844 zu erzwingen, aber es hat nicht geholfen
