      <description>&lt;P&gt;I want let everyone know how bad the customer service of Vodafone in Germany is. Especially to non-German speakers. None of the platforms are user-friendly. Even the WhatsApp chatbot is only in German. After managing to get a call through, I asked to speak to a English speaking agent, the call was redirected , I was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered in the end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm stuck with absolute garbage internet, which was overpriced in the first place and is not even half the speed I paid for.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
