I want let everyone know how bad the customer service of Vodafone in Germany is. Especially to non-German speakers. None of the platforms are user-friendly. Even the WhatsApp chatbot is only in German. After managing to get a call through, I asked to speak to a English speaking agent, the call was redirected , I was put on hold for 10 minutes and no one answered in the end.

Now I'm stuck with absolute garbage internet, which was overpriced in the first place and is not even half the speed I paid for.

There is no more individual support here in the forum. Support in English is available via WhatsApp

The forum is now just a customer helping customer forum.

please remember:

Vodafone is a british company - alright

but now they offer their services in germany....

so, bring a german speaking friend or neighbour 2 your side and let him translate
