I use Vodafone cable internet connection for wifi at my home. For the past few days there is no internet at our place. On other days the internet keeps fluctuating.

This is causing a lot of inconvenience as I do home office work and my partner has online classes. I am having so much troubles that I will never ever recommend anyone to use Vodafone.

Please look into this matter.

Does the internet work properly via cable? The problem with WiFi is that there are tons of external influences that can affect the WiFi performance - and therefore no provider guarantees performance.

No, the internet doesn't work even with direct LAN connection.
