    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; My modem all of a sudden is deactivated. When I restarted the modem, it prompted me to enter the activation code. I did that, the portal is down. I am not able to get through to customer service as well. Please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
