    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I recently bought a Vodafone CableMax 1000 connection. The router was successfully set up, but I am frequently disconnected from the internet. Sometimes, the internet is unavailable for a couple of hours. I have tried to reset the router, but things have not changed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I have received my activation code but cannot add the contract using it, as it shows incorrect data entered.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recently moved to Germany and my Deutsch is not good, hence I cannot get help from customer support either. Can someone suggest a way forward&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
