Hello,

I'm sorry my German is not very good and I would like to get some help here.

I'm living in Frankfurt-am-Main and I had random disconnections for almost a month now. We are two person working from home and it's starting to be a big issue for both of us.

When I'm checking in the Vodafone Störung website it shows no issues at my address and after checking the chat bot tells me "an deinem anschluss gibt es einen rückwegstörer"

My Fritz box got the Power/Cable blinking and I had no Internet since this morning. Tried to reboot it. Unplug replug. Nothing works.
