      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For about 4 days now the cable internet is horrible. I am working exclusively from home and its a pain.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a 500Mb DL/50Mb UL contract, not that the speed is the problem. There is a high latency and drops.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Towards Vodafone network everything seems to be fine but trying to get anywhere else...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what you did because I had 10ms to google and no drop before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please see attached screenshots with icmp to google and a speed test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At least give us some information, this doesn't look like it is an isolated issue. I have to use my mobile to join meetings and even trying to watch something in the evening its not possible.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Kurt,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply, please find attached the screenshot with the errors . The modem has no interference around it and no one touched the cable infrastructure in my basement.
