      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm genuinely frustrated that Vodafone's internet service has been completely down in my area (60386) from midday on October 12th until the end of the day on October 15th!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's really disappointing from Vodafone. The technical team has acknowledged it as a disruption, yet there's been no progress at all!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's infuriating because many people here rely heavily on the internet, and this three-day outage has caused significant inconvenience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
