Hello, I have been having trouble accessing certain websites and one of my emails since a couple weeks ago. It says "This site can't be reached" and my email cannot connect. It seems to only be a problem on my home wifi network, because I have tried on other wifi networks and everything works fine.

try a factory reset:

press and hold resetbutton for 20 seconds with a paperclip

Hi, did you solve the problem? I have the same problem for long time. They don't do anything.
