    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, please check below&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My customer number is: 158475603&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am having problems with the internet connection on my Kabel1000 contract since the beginning of the year. Every day the internet speed drops to 0.2 MB/s every 2 hours, “extremely slow”. But I pay for 1000 MB/s. you sent 2 times technicians and you cant solve problem. But since 6 months, no device, no solution!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;you should&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;find a solution for me because i am paying hell of money and I am getting 0.2mb/s internet everyday! I have been different part of the world before and this internet service is worst service I have ever seen.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you can’t fix this issue you can not charge me 44.90 euro for this service because you can’t provide 1000 mb/s service to me. You are providing %0.1 of your stated speed. Please fix this problem asap.
