Vodafone station reboots several times per day

I am a subscriber to vodafone kabel and I was sent a vodafone station router by vodafone. The internet speed is totally fine but the problem is that the router restarts randomly through out the day and became so annoying to me.

I've contacted the customer support 2 days ago but it didn't help and I still have the problem.

I would be so thankful if anybody could help me
