Hello,

I am having issues with my cable router, Vodafone Station TG6442VF
There is no internet since yesterday, I have tried to unplug the power cable, the Internet cable, and doing a device reset does not solve it either.

I have tried all the sockets in my home and only Power LED lights up. I do not understand what is the issue and it is very frustrating when you have home office set up 😭

Please help !

Did you hold down the reset button for at least 20 seconds?

Yes, I did perform reset after pressing the reset button for more than 30 seconds

I also unplugged thr power cord , allowed a gap of more than 15 minutes before plugging it back.

Nothing works ! Please help

Hallo,

Ich habe Probleme mit meinem Kabelrouter, Vodafone Station TG6442VF.
Seit gestern habe ich kein Internet. Ich habe versucht, das Netzkabel und das Internetkabel zu trennen, aber auch ein Geräte-Reset hat das Problem nicht gelöst.

Ich habe alle Steckdosen in meinem Haus ausprobiert, aber nur die Power-LED leuchtet. Ich verstehe nicht, wo das Problem liegt, und es ist sehr frustrierend, wenn man ein Homeoffice eingerichtet hat.

Ich habe einen Reset durchgeführt, nachdem ich die Reset-Taste länger als 30 Sekunden gedrückt hatte.

Ich habe auch das Netzkabel abgezogen und mehr als 15 Minuten gewartet, bevor ich es wieder eingesteckt habe.

Nichts funktioniert! Bitte helfen Sie mir.
